Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the Calendly DZ service.

Creating an account means accepting them in full.

The service is open to any adult individual or legal entity holding an account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign-up and for keeping your credentials confidential.

Anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Report unauthorised use immediately to contact@syctra.com.

You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with these terms.

The following are prohibited: attempting unauthorised access to the systems, sending unsolicited messages through the service, publishing unlawful content, and anything intended to disrupt its operation.

API use is subject to the quotas set out in the integration documentation; systematically working around them may lead to the suspension of the keys involved.

You keep ownership of the content and data you publish or import.

You grant SYCTRA a non-exclusive licence, strictly limited to the hosting and processing needed to provide the service.

You warrant that you hold the rights and legal basis needed for third-party data you process through the service, including your invitees' data.

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

Planned maintenance is announced in advance wherever possible.

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

SYCTRA may suspend or terminate an account for serious breach of these terms, with notice where circumstances allow.

The service is a scheduling tool: it plays no part in the relationship between an organiser and their invitee, and is not responsible for whether a meeting happens, what it covers, or its cancellation.

SYCTRA is not liable for indirect damage, and its liability is in any event capped at the amounts actually paid for the subscription over the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms may change. Any substantial change is notified to users, and continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by French law.

Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent courts, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
