SYCTRA

Terms of sale

Last updated · 1 September 2026

1. Purpose and scope

These terms of sale govern subscriptions to the paid plans of Calendly DZ and payments collected through the service.

They supplement the terms of use, which continue to apply.

2. Plans and subscription

The service is offered under several plans whose scope is presented before any subscription.

Subscription is completed online and takes effect once payment is confirmed.

A change of plan takes effect immediately, with the amount adjusted pro rata for the current period.

3. Prices

The prices that apply are those displayed at the time of subscription.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of tax; applicable taxes are added at payment.

SYCTRA may change its prices; any change is notified before it takes effect and applies only from the next renewal.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. No card details are stored by SYCTRA.

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended after an unanswered reminder.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription runs for the period chosen and renews automatically for the same length.

You can end it at any time from your workspace; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without pro rata refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French consumer code, a consumer who asks for the service to start immediately acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal once the service is effectively accessible.

Otherwise, a consumer has fourteen days from subscription to withdraw, by a simple request to contact@syctra.com.

7. Payments collected on behalf of organisers

The service lets an organiser collect a deposit or the full price of a meeting from their invitee.

Those amounts are collected on the organiser's behalf. The organiser remains solely responsible for the service sold, for invoicing it, and for handling any related complaint.

Refunds follow the cancellation policy the organiser sets on each meeting type, applied automatically on cancellation.

8. Warranties and liability

SYCTRA warrants that the service conforms to its description at the time of subscription.

Its liability under these terms is capped at the amounts paid over the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of gross negligence or personal injury.

9. Complaints and mediation

Complaints should be sent to contact@syctra.com and are answered within thirty days.

Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
